Alliance (UCA) Ltd has been at the fore front of revitalizing the cooperative movement and currently there are over 18,000 registered Cooperatives in Uganda.

Uganda Cooperative Alliance (UCA) Ltd is an umbrella organization for all cooperatives in Uganda established in 1961. It serves as the voice of the ooperative movement both nationally and internationally.
